Atari employee #3, Doug Dabney has died

UPDATE: Doug Dabney - employee #3 at Atari - has died, his son Scott reports. Dabney's brother Ted co-founded engineering company Syzygy back in in 1972 with Nolan Bushnell, the company that would soon become Atari. This corrects earlier reports of industry icon Nolan Bushnell announcing the death of long-time business partner Ted Dabney - the man with whom he co-founded Atari.
